Can I apply for a property I haven’t toured?
Applications are only accepted for properties you’ve personally viewed. If you submit an application for a property you haven’t seen, it will be declined, and the application fee is non-refundable. If you can’t view it yourself, we recommend arranging for a trusted friend or family member to visit on your behalf. Seeing the property in person ensures it meets your expectations, as photos provide only a general impression of the space.
